Technical / Sales Engineer
Products 4 Automation Limited is a Oldbury-based company that is the UK Distribution for Emerson's Movicon Next and 11, as well as selling a range of Industrial PC's and HMI's to the automation sector. We are a small team who work together to provide our customers with hardware and software solutions that meet their needs.
What You'll Do:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, your main role will be responsible for technically supporting our sales team.
Essential Duties:
- Provide Pre and Post Sales Technical Support
- Provide face to face training to customers
- Provide training via telelphone and Microsoft Teams
- Provide technical support via telelphone and Microsoft Teams
- Manage and produce content for our social media channels
- Attend and participate in trade shows / exhibitions
- Report directly to the managing director
·Experience:
We feel this opportunity will suit either a computer science graduate who wishes to persue a technical sales career in the automation field or an automation engineer who wishes to further theie carrer in technical sales.
Ideally all candidates will either have a degree in electrical engineering or computer science or have relevant experience in the automation / IT industry.
This is a customer facing role, therefore excellent communications skills are a must, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
