IBSS is seeking a Technical Recruiter who is strong at sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring highly sought-after candidates in our Cybersecurity, Devops, Devsecops, Information Assurance, and AI/Client. This is a high-demand and low-supply talent community so be ready for a challenge! You will be working with a team of recruiters and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support TA projects to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates.
  • Improve the referral program by engaging employees to become talent advocates with content and programs that demonstrate what it means to be a part of the IBSS community.
  • Provide support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve results directly to business goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers across all business divisions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting process to attract top talent.
  • Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention.
  • Maintenance and execution of current job descriptions
  • Optimizing full utilization and features of the JobDiva (ATS) system.
  • Develop an effective and efficient incumbent capture process.
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel. Manage own full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.)
  • Complete the hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
  • Designs communicates, implements, and conducts the ongoing assessment of interview tools to improve the candidate experience and the quality of hires and increase applicant flow throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze and monitor metrics and reports related to data on recruiting costs and expenses; and use this information to make process and performance improvement recommendations; assists in the development of the talent acquisition budget and manages costs associated with programs and expenses.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle sourcing and recruiting the best talent for IBSS and its related business entities: Mentor/Prote ge , JVs, Non-Profits, and Commercial (Total Assure) as well as maintaining effective programs for referral program, and succession planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract seasoned technical professionals in Cybersecurity (protection of network, firewalls, intrusion detection, threat intelligence, Zero Trust, etc.), Information Security (protection of stored data), Network Virtualization, and Cloud Services.
  • Headhunter, assertive drive for identifying and screening passive candidates.
  • Continuous pipeline network building across multiple talent profiles such as; Information Security Engineers, Incident Response Engineers, Security Specialist, IAM Engineers, Senior Security Engineers (application and network), Senior Network Engineers, and Cloud Platform experts
  • Utilize technical recruiting strategies and techniques to ensure that service delivery is met.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical positions.
  • Deliver on Service Level Agreements/Metrics for assigned job postings/requisitions.
  • Interviews, and screens candidates for opportunities, ensuring that candidates fit company culture.
  • Cold calling candidates, building rapport
  • Identify applicants who meet the position requirements and submit to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinates in the selection of the final candidates.
  • Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through prescreens, interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes.
  • Negotiates salary ensuring that candidates fit within position budget
  • Partners with Hiring Manager delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensures that IBSS applicant tracking system (ATS) is maintained and completed.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and video interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates



Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of experience technical sourcing and technical recruiting in a high-performing, fast paced environment for mostly Cyber or Information technology professionals.

  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods or similar experience

  • Problem solving and tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload and multiple tasks/projects.
