S4S Dental is an award winning dental laboratory based in Sheffield supplying a range of specialist dental products for over 20,000 customers throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, with clinically proven treatments in areas of Snoring, Bruxism and our Smilelign Clear Aligners as well as cosmetic treatments such as tooth whitening!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake a position as a Technical Receptionist.

Job Details:
Full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Salary:
From £22,675 per year

Duties include but are not restricted to:

• Clerical and administrative work carried out whilst ensuring that duties comply with the relevant quality management system procedures
• Customer liaison
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls to answer client enquiries
• Client contact via e-mail
• Welcoming visitors
• Assisting in other areas of the company as required

Role Requirements:

• Excellent and confident with customer service, previous experience is desirable.
• Team player and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work independently when deadlines are nearing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Competent in Microsoft Office/365.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.90 per hour
