As part of Technology and Operations within Enterprise Services CIO, the purpose is to manage all aspects of the delivery of the technology transformation for Procurement in CFO aligning Business and Technology strategy looking at efficiencies and recommendation to improve business processes within the area.

Participating on local and Global initiatives focusing on the digital transformation and resilience agenda.

  • Managing technology transformation plans within T&O CIO Enterprise Services in the Procurement area.
  • Delivering cloud based resilient solutions that achieve business goals aligning them with the technology strategy of the UK and HQ.
  • Reporting to a Senior Manager in T&O CIO Enterprise Services as well as providing updates to the head of CIO Enterprise services.
  • Providing input to steering committees and business governance processes.
  • Ensuring quality and timely deliveries within a sustainable service model.
  • Analysing business, processes, and technology requirements.

What you’ll bring.

  • Proven experience in project management within Finance, Risk or in a Financial institution using Agile Frameworks.
  • Experience in managing business stakeholders in complex scenarios requiring political awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in people management and delivering through others, providing support and motivating members of the team.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Self driven and autonomous and able to work towards a set goal/purpose achieving the right results and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Financial management experience. From requirement gathering to planning of effort, time and budgets.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Expertise in managing SAP implementations
  • SQL and data analysis skills
  • PMP or Prince2 Certification
  • Agile certification

What else you need to know.

This will be a permanent position based out of Milton Keynes with an expectation of 40% of your week spent in the office.
