Link Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.

The IT Program Manager (PM) will serve as the project lead in support of The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM). As the PM, you will be responsible for engaging with the customer, serve as a subject matter expert across all areas of our delivery, ensure the quality of contract deliverables, service delivery performance, contract financial performance, and staffing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
- Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.
- Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.
- Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.
- Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.
- Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

- US Citizen
- Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (Will sponsor the right candidate).
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience.
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE) equivalent or higher.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree equivalent or higher.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- Experience with troubleshooting in Office 365 environment–including but not limited to Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Outlook/Exchange Online, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in DoD IT purchasing procedures such as Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waivers, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience in working in an enterprise environment focused on R&D projects and programs.
- Understanding of and experience with U.S. Army Futures Command and/or DEVCOM.
