We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to join the Video Operations EMEA team to be responsible for on-boarding and running the technical relationship with partners of the Apple TV App including public broadcasters, SVOD providers, Pay TV Providers, EST/VOD providers and other industry-leading players. This is a hands-on, external-facing position which demands a successful applicant proficient in the language of content operations for movies and TV shows while having the experience working with video services and content systems to ensure TV App partner content is available and displaying as is expected by Apple’s customers. This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day quality of the TV App partner content. The role requires attention to detail, curiosity, organisation skills, a self-starter attitude, a bias towards innovation, relationship-building skills, and an ability to remain flexible in dynamic environments and tight timelines.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrable relevant media and video industry experience in video metadata, OTT apps, content delivery, linear television and external partner management.
- Passion for TV shows, movies and other video content.
- Experience with media metadata and video.
- Strong written and verbal skills to authoritatively communicate internally along with representing Apple to TV App partners.
- Experience working with large, complex XML data sets tied to video content.
- Technical skills and passion for learning new technologies.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple easy to understand terms for non-technical audiences.
- Grace under pressure, with experience working on sophisticated, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Flexible and versatile in nature, able to take on challenges while maintaining and even keep and sense of humour.

Description
Driving expansion of our Video Platform with OTT video providers. Building relationships with OTT video providers around the world. Ensuring the quality of our video search and discovery experience across the Apple ecosystem. Explaining, validating, and supervising our partner integrations and support pivotal critical initiatives. Identifying and creating solutions with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships and consensus with video partners. Developing and maintaining scalable processes for onboarding partners onto the Apple platform and creating reporting and insights based on established metrics. Proactively communicating operational status back to key stakeholders. Identifying and seeking opportunities for continual process improvements to produce quantifiable operational efficiency gains. Defining new internal features and processes to enhance and optimise partner performance.
