Enjoy the flexibility of the client’s wk model, granting you the autonomy to choose between full remote wk a hybrid arrangement at the Exeter office.
You’ll collabate with external teams to deliver a new toolset f Operational Meteologists. Ensure alignment with the client’s vision, promote best practices, and deliver secure, cost-effective solutions that meet user needs and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring software development best practices within third-party teams, leading by example.
- Evaluating technical solutions to ensure they meet user requirements while being secure, affdable, and supptable.
- Wking with teams delivering different parts of the toolset to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive system.
- Becoming a domain expert in the toolset and its integrations with internal systems.
- Collabating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver significant business value.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects.
- Hands on experience using cloud-based services, ideally Amazon Web Services.
- Experience in leading and menting a diverse team of developers across different locations.
- Experience wking with Agile methodology.
Conditions:
- Contract: LTD inside IR35 PAYE.
- Wking model: remote hybrid in the Exeter office
- Pay: based on experience, up to £725 daily rate on LTD and up to £90k/year on PAYE.
