Enjoy the flexibility of the client’s wk model, granting you the autonomy to choose between full remote wk a hybrid arrangement at the Exeter office.
You’ll collabate with external teams to deliver a new toolset f Operational Meteologists. Ensure alignment with the client’s vision, promote best practices, and deliver secure, cost-effective solutions that meet user needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring software development best practices within third-party teams, leading by example.
• Evaluating technical solutions to ensure they meet user requirements while being secure, affdable, and supptable.
• Wking with teams delivering different parts of the toolset to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive system.
• Becoming a domain expert in the toolset and its integrations with internal systems.
• Collabating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver significant business value.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects.
• Hands on experience using cloud-based services, ideally Amazon Web Services.
• Experience in leading and menting a diverse team of developers across different locations.
• Experience wking with Agile methodology.

Conditions:

• Contract: LTD inside IR35 PAYE.
• Wking model: remote hybrid in the Exeter office
• Pay: based on experience, up to £725 daily rate on LTD and up to £90k/year on PAYE.
