The job role will be joining an existing team who focus on the Machining side to the business. The role will involve all the technical and quality aspects of primarily nickel and copper-based alloy manufacturing. Full training covering all aspects of contract review, manufacturing management and quality management will be provided (including access to 3rd-party specific training as relevant).

Typical activities conducted:

  • Contract review
  • Production routing
  • Certification of product
  • Generation of customer facing documentation
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Interpretation of national and international material specifications
  • Continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering, Aerospace , Aeronautical Engineering or similar is essential
  • Aptitude for accuracy with detail.
  • Process driven
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written capability all very important.
  • Practical and resourceful.
  • A minimum of a A (9/8/7) in Maths & English at GCSE, ideally an A in A Level Maths
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.

Monday – Friday 7am -4pm
Location: Stoke on Trent
