You will be working with a number of key stakeholders within Engineering, our product teams, plus flight crew and cabin crew to help improve the aircraft for everyone as well as working with the OEMs including Boeing and Airbus to resolve in-service issues.

You will be answering technical queries as they come into the team meaning you will gain knowledge of our products and/or aircraft types over time, plus you will have the support of the Cabin Performance Team made up of subject matter experts. You will get exposure up to the board level as you will be asked to occasionally give progress updates to our Leadership Team and will be providing updates at key production meetings.
