The NAS Cloud Communication E2E Service (CCES) - Business Strategy and Transformation team is an exciting and innovative ambitious programme of change that will support transforming experience of our customers, colleagues and partners through a business-led partnership that will enable the adoption of strong architectural principles and leading edge technologies.

The purpose of this role is to develop a strategy, plan and deliver it with the aim of creating efficient and effective methods of running and maintaining CCES Operation/Platforms driving growth where possible.

You will need to have the ability to identify the impact of change, measuring and delivering change, identifying key messages and communicating these clearly. Supporting others as they deliver change as well as holding people to account through providing helpful assurance. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, creative and resilient, and able to work well in a collaborative and complex environment. What you’ll be doing
  • Accountable for providing change management and adoption services to initiatives within the CCES Operation/Platforms, supporting and guiding them as they plan and deliver transformational initiatives.
  • Accountable for creating impactful and clear communications materials and active use of CI program and Workplace to encourage and promote stakeholder engagement.
  • Communications planning and execution, setting and effective delivery of specific technology-change communications to both stakeholders and impacted audiences.
  • Creatively designing communication aids to achieve the mind-set shifts required by the program.
  • Guiding and reviewing projects in planning and delivery so that they address the wide range of change, operational and organizational factors to be addressed so that the changes succeed, and that they are engaging with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to involve and inform them.
  • You will need to be proactive, creative, and self-driven in the delivery of services to senior stakeholders and will need to lead others to be self-managing in pursuit of business goals, and wider strategy.
  • Supporting upskilling and knowledge share with your peers and other resource within the CCES organisation.

  • Be able to consider how any given product, service or feature will not only be deployed, but how it will be supported and maintained in-life, identify the benefits it delivers.

  • Work closely with the key stakeholders ensuring our deliverables the aligned.
  • Be comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem solving working collaboratively to find creative solutions to problems, handling abstract concepts, ambiguity and complexity with skill and helping others to handle them too.
  • Engagement: Ability to persuade and influence diverse groups of senior stakeholders both internal and external, with sophisticated skills to gain cooperation in complex scenario, navigates conflict and ambiguous situations.
