Pineapple Careers are proud to be partnering with a family-run business based in Horsham who are looking to recruit a Technical Customer Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for all customers
  • Providing technical solutions to suit each customer's needs
  • Helping customers understand the products and services offered
  • Qualify incoming leads over the phone or via email
  • Respond to all customer queries in relation to their orders
  • Sending quotations
  • Processing and managing sales orders
  • Creating sales proposals including pricing and contract terms
  • Ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Help keep all projects on track
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to facilitate customer orders
  • Handling queries via the telephone or email

Salary & Benefits:
  • Up to £32,000
  • Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 or 08.30 – 4.30
