Technical Content Writer – UK/SA – Closed

CyberIAM is a fast growing, highly reputable Cyber Security Company who specialise in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management. At CyberIAM we work with some of the largest organisations in the world ranging from Global Banks, Law Enforcement, Retail, Insurance, Telecoms, Transport, Education and Manufacturing.

Role Summary

CyberIAM is looking for a talented Digital/Technical content writer to join the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing regional content calendar, including annual social media and blog calendar.
• Developing, managing, and editing different types of content (white papers, blogs, sales decks, industry reports, social media, etc.).
• Creating engaging content for various platforms (digital and offline).
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability and consistency.
• Work with Sales team on refurbishing sales deck and client presentations.
• Researching and following industry trends. Work closely with regional marketing team for target key words for copies/ SEO.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content for sales enablement and support.
• Collaborating graphic design and PR agencies for Events promotion and content for thought leadership activities and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT sector would be highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or English literature.
• Technical writing experience.
• Experience in working and managing content with external agencies (creative and digital and PR).
• Creativity and good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting, as necessary.
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; a passion for editorial and grammatical excellence.
• Interest in digital communication, Software as a Service (SaaS), web services, technology, and industry trends.
• Detail orientated.
