We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to work within the business wide Technology Delivery Team, based in our Darlington office.

The role
This position will work on companywide programmes of business change along with IT Technology projects, providing high quality analysis and documentation of requirements, business processes and design proposals.
The person
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a Technology Business Analyst role within a financial services organisation, who has provided in-depth and high quality analysis, along with a demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into functional models of change. As a subject matter expert you will investigate and compare potential future solution alternatives, along with having involvement in Workday projects and full change life cycle in big transformation projects
The successful candidate will have effective communication and collaboration skills to enable you to support internal teams in an inclusive way whilst sharing best practice. You’ll also be excellent at building relationships with internal and external stakeholder’s at all levels, along with having the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge and experience of the pension industry or Asset Management would be a distinct advantage.
