As part of this growth we are looking for a Technical Author to work as part of a growing Self-Service function concentrating on delivering a great experience to customers via our Knowledge Bases through high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Creating documentation around the latest features in our Product suite
Working with development, product, and customer services teams to identify new documentation
Maintaining public articles, internal articles, and training guides
Work with customer service teams to ensure that documentation is up to date
Create ad-hoc documentation requests

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
Experience with Video software such as Wistia, Loom or Vidyard
Experience with the Zendesk suite (Desirable)

We work flexibly at Exclaimer (choose a work from home/office arrangement that suits you!). Some meetings and planning sessions would be in either our Farnborough or Brighton office so some in office attendance preferred.
