British Manufacturer with a long-established unique niche brand, supplying top of the range product directly to customers all over Europe.

Job Description

• To ensure our products are produced to the highest quality standards. Managing both the in-house production and relationships with sub-contractors.
• Working with your team you will take responsibility for product compliance and the continuous change and improvement of the company's range to keep ahead of changes in regulations in the company's International markets.
• You will work with the in-house team and external parties to project manage the expansion of the Company's product range.
• Your team will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain (Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, finished product, etc).
• You will be responsible for the Company's factory building and facilities.
• You will manage fulfilment and delivery of products to the end customer both from the factory and outsourced fulfilment centre.

The Successful Applicant

• +5 Years of End-to-end Operations Management Experience in a Manufacturing business - Ideally with previous technical Production (Continuous Improvement, NPD, Regulatory, Quality, etc) and/or Supply Chain experiences.
• Background: FMCG/Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills - Experience managing teams of 3-5 Direct reports would be ideal.
• Academic background will be key.
