Andros is a family-owned company based in south west France, a global leader in fruit transformation and chilled dairy products manufacturing. In the UK, it is best known for Bonne Maman, a simple, high quality, wholly natural product now leading the conserve market and rapidly gaining share in chilled desserts and yoghurt.

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team at our site in Frome.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Logging, investigate complaints for Oldford as well as for the Andros group
• Responding to complaints in the set time frame
• Site and customer KPI reports
• Check daily production record and raise any issues
• Artwork and packaging control
• GMP and Quality Audits

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and experience of dealing with customer complaints
• Knowledge of basic food safety
• Very Good knowledge and understanding of Excel
• Hard working, highly orgainised and efficient
