Role info:
Implementation Manager - Progression to Account Manager within 6 months
Sheffield based / hybrid working with site visits up to 3 times a week (on average 1-2 times per week)
£37,500 - £47,500 DOE

The Implementation / Technical Account Manager role:
As Implementation / Technical Account Manager you will primarily be responsible for managing the planning, execution and delivery of migrating clients to our software.
You will work and communicate closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs and requirements. You will improve your system knowledge through internal training and self-learning and then use this knowledge to assist in the training of large groups and individuals effectively.
After 3 – 6 months of conducting the roles and responsibilities of implementation manager the successful candidate will begin to transition into Technical Account
Management, during which, responsibilities for Implementations will be reduced.
A typical week in the role might involve:
+ Visiting clients for account reviews and/or to help them move forward on certain areas of the system
+ Listening to clients’ issues and challenges, then highlighting areas of the software that could help solve their issues (including opportunities for upselling)
+ Conducting relevant product and service training with customers
+ Actively participating in ongoing self-training and group training where applicable
+ Working closely with the Head of Operations and fellow Technical Managers to conduct client visits together in a collaborative manner where required
+ Conducting virtual calls where in-person meetings are not possible
+ Responding to email and telephone queries about areas/functions of the system, how it is designed and the best-demonstrated processes for putting it to work.
+ Maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database of your clients/contacts.
About You:
+ Commercial sales/account management/project management experience
+ Ability to build personal/company credibility and effective working relationships across all levels
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Motivation, drive and enthusiasm - with the determination to make a difference throughout
+ A passion for helping increase the effectiveness of the system
+ Flexibility to work both independently and as part of the team
+ Motivation to constantly improve ways of working (both yours/ours and our clients’)
+ Enjoyment in problem-solving, by delving into the detail of the setup of the system
+ Full UK driving licence
