Technical Account Manager
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in London. This is a brand new role and you will be working directly with one of our valued global clients. The role will involve the management of multiple campaigns from setup to completion, optimising where possible and troubleshooting issues where appropriate. There is an additional element of account management within the role, requiring the provision of reports that leverage campaign insights while also educating and assisting the client to meet their advertiser expectations. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a proactive approach and the ability to use their initiative.
Key responsibilities
Be a Client Solutions Expert:
- Monitor, optimise and manage campaign delivery alongside ops using both the Blis Platform and DCM
- Liaise with client/s regarding new campaign setups, changes or amendments
- Identify, create, and implement solutions
- Consult and educate our client/s on product solutions and best practices
- Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of our solutions
- Build and manage relationships with key client/s
- Provide weekly reporting for clients; illustrating the outcomes of their investment
- Present upweight opportunities to client/s where appropriate
- Ensure we meet our client SLAs
- Project manage the end-to-end ‘Client Experience’
- Build and present Post-Campaign Analytics (PCA) presentations
Guide Media Outcomes
- Support and consult on internal ad-operations strategies (e.g. support troubleshooting issues, set up consultation, etc.)
- Liaise with the creative team and client to coordinate creative builds
- Troubleshoot delivery and technical issues and communicating outcomes with the client
- Provide phone support to the UK based client in their time zone
- Collate heatmaps as per client requests
- Act as a conduit between client and Ad-Ops throughout the campaign delivery process
- Be an expert in demonstrating the use and knowledge of the Blis product suite
- Help build bespoke opportunities as required
- Share campaign data including processing and uploading based on client specifications
- Provide inventory forecasting estimates
- Manage Zoho brief entries and ensuring accuracy for forecasting purposes
- Manage PO reconciliation against finance and chasing outstanding POs
Skills and requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of industry experience, preferably within programmatic and/or mobile
- Strong experience in using various advertising technology solutions (e.g. MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs)
- You will have experience of using DCM & ideally Celtra
- Possesses a strong understanding of client and programmatic success metrics
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to problem solve and analyse data sets from various platforms
- Technically savvy with commercial acumen
