Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join our Admin Team working within CAMHS City Looked After Children Team based at Pebble Bridge, Hopewood, Nottingham.
The CAMHS City Looked After Children Team within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health services are specialised multi-disciplinary services for Looked After Children and adolescents under 18 years experiencing mental health problems.
Please note that this post may not meet the pay and skill level required for a Skilled worker visa
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa and also does not appear on the shortage occupation list for healthcare and education.
In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship against the relevant criteria herehttps://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa
You will be based at Pebble Bridge, Hopewood and the satellite base at Bulwell Children’s Centre, Bulwell, Nottingham. The main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to the clinical team. Duties will include typing letters, audio typing, room bookings, minute taking, booking appointments using the Trust database system and holding electronic diaries. Ideally, you should be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet the demands of the service.
The post involves speaking to service users, carers and other agencies. You will be expected to be a team player.
Applicants must possess a typing/word processing qualification to at least RSA III/OCR equivalent, educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will work under the direct supervision of the Admin Team Leader and have the ability to prioritise own work within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this post.
