We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Train Service Delivery team as a Team Organiser based at Cambridge. This is a part time position working 24 hours a week over 3 days.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cambridge Carriage Sidings Project team and associated Train Service Delivery team, in line with the Greater Anglia behaviours. You will help to ensure the Project and Train Service Delivery team works as efficiently as possible in achieving their goals, by co-ordinating and prioritising tasks whilst keeping to tight deadlines.

The Team Organiser will provide a complete management support service as part of the Train Service Delivery management team, working with the senior management team and colleagues. You will produce and maintain departmental records relating to the efficient running of the Train Service Delivery Department Organise meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for and resulting from them.

Other key responsibilities include:

Organising meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for and resulting from them.
Ordering, issuing and returning equipment, stationery, shoes, PPE ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
Arranging assessments, meetings, appointments and other activities that may be required
Taking notes at a range of colleague meetings including Operational Incident Review Meetings

What we are looking for

We are looking for a colleague who has a good standard of general education and has excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills. The successful colleague will have knowledge of Lotus Notes, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have the ability to produce comprehensive notes and minutes of meetings and hearings. The ideal colleague will have a professional attitude with the ability to remain calm when under pressure
