THE ROLE
I am looking for Customer Assistants who are passionate about great customer service!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Customer Assistant you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of duties across the site.
As well as delivering exceptional customer service you will help to meet daily sales targets by recommending products and up-selling.
Working within the team you will be active on the floor, acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring the environment is warm and welcoming to the customers, products are fully replenished and maintaining a clean and tidy site for everyone to enjoy.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll need enthusiasm, confidence, and enjoy working in a busy target driven environment where no two days are ever the same. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial but it isn’t essential as full training will be given.

WORKING HOURS
This is a part time contract; you’ll need to be flexible to work late evening and weekends.
Peak times for us are Friday to Sunday plus school holidays and we are able to offer additional hours during these busy periods.
Due to these hours, in order to be compliant with the Working Time Regulations 1998 candidates wishing to apply for this position must be over 18.
