Barista at Starbucks - Birmingham International Airport
Pay rate £10.57 per hour.
We are looking for Full Time (30hrs) and Part Time (16-20hrs) Team Members to join our Starbucks at Birmingham International Airport.
We have opportunities for Fixed-Term roles (with the option for working more hours) that allow you to earn more over the Summer months and tailor down in the off-peak seasons to suit your lifestyle as well as Permanent roles.
As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between 2am - 11:00pm including weekends and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £11.77 per hour!
Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.
Responsibilities for Barista:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
