The role will be in a face paced, challenging, and interactive in a fun environment. It is customer facing, and will require a fun, confident, outgoing individual, with a great attitude, who can enhance each customer’s experience, whilst maintain a safe environment. We are looking for a charismatic who thrives under pressure and works in a team, with the ability to adaptable to working in all departments. The candidate should have customer service skills or experience. A reference will be requested.Part time. Permanent. Up to £10.18 per hour.Duties Include:Maintaining a fun, safe, working environment.Social MediaServing both hot and cold food and drinksObserve and monitor the whole Inflatable Arena, being vigilant for any hazardsEnforcing the rules to all customersDelivering excellent customer serviceMonitoring and maintaining a clean hygienic arenaLiaising with the Arena Team Leader to report any damages or issuesWorking in reception ensuring waivers are filled and wristbands are on and taking in paymentsWorking as a Party Host delivering a memorable birthday and looking after customers both children and parents; serving party food and desserts*Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-timePart-time hours: 8-16 per weekSalary: £7.49-£10.42 per hourBenefits:Discounted or free foodFlexitimeSchedule:FlexitimeExperience:Customer service: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
