The Recipe

Our Team Member role provides the opportunity to learn new skills within the fast-paced world of food manufacturing. Team Members are an important part of our work family ensuring our quality products are ready to be distributed to our customers.

This role is part of a shift team within a 24/7 food manufacturing operation who support in enabling Warburtons to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.

Our Team Members are multi-skilled and work across various departments within hygiene, production and warehouse, operating bakery machinery and automated plant equipment – at times autonomously - in a food manufacturing environment.

Health and Safety and Quality are very important to us and we work to Company standards and statutory hygiene standards.
Our Site

Our Wednesbury Bakery and Distribution depot is in the heart of the Black Country with our people who are the Heart of The Black Country. We opened our doors almost 25 years ago and are incredibly proud of our loyal and committed team. Today we have approximately 400 colleagues onsite, ensuring our freshly baked products are delivered to families across the UK daily!

We bake and distribute over 2 million loaves of bread each week and are committed to our ambitious standards of Health, Safety and sustainability and have our own mini power generating plant that provides both combined heat and power to the bakery. Wednesbury is the Home of the Tiger Bloomer.
