To ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are met and to secure the safety of customers and other members of staff at all times. To demonstrate a commitment to the culture and philosophy of Gravity. To respond to all lines of communication, booking parties and group events, assisting with online sales, verifying waivers, and general reception duties including cash handling. Key Accountabilities Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the venue Provide Gravity Standard Service to ensure that the individual/group has a exceptional Gravity Experience. Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company’s Health and Safety policies for each activity. Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities. Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks. Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling. Undertake training as required by the Company. Key Performance Indicators Ensure your individual/Group has a positive Gravity Experience Ensure Feedback is maintain at a minimum of a 4 out of 5.
