Full Time Team Member
Subway is the Number#1 World Wide Quick Service Restaurant. It is Franchised Company and has over 2,000 Subway Stores in the UK.
We are currently looking for someone to work as a Full -Time Team Member at the Subway Store located on Victoria Road West, Cleveleys, LANCS, FY5 3LD.
You would be required to work between 4-5 days per week, (including weekend working), covering 28-35 hours in total. Currently the earliest you would need to start would be 9/10am and the latest finish would be 8pm.
The position would suit someone that may have worked in a retail or catering environment previously or may have a background as a Sandwich Artist, Crew Member, Retail Associate etc. although full training will be provided.
The primary roles of a Full-Time Team Member include making the food orders for our guests, food preparation and cleaning in and around the store to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
As a Full Time Team Member you should be confident, organised, have a strong work ethic and a happy outgoing disposition that is also able to think fast and work calmly under pressure in what can be an often fast paced environment.
We are looking for someone that is reliable, trustworthy and capable of delivering fantastic customer service and whose attributes will compliment those of the present team. Good numeracy skills are also an advantage.
We are looking for someone that may also wish to progress to supervisory roles and ideally we are looking for people that have previously had key-holder responsibilities.
In return we offer competitive rates of pay, above minimum wage (+£ 1 per hr over min wage if you progress to doing Opens / Closes), sociable hours, a clean working environment, fantastic training and a fun team to work with.
You will receive subsidised food and drink benefits while you are working and there are also discounts if you come into the store off-shift. All employees receive a written contract stating their minimum guaranteed number of hours each week and the there will be 2-3 weeks of rota's done in advance so you can see what shifts you will be working and can make plans for your days off. We don't believe in zero hour contracts so you can be assured of your hours.
You will also receive holiday pay (up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks pay).
