Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Home Renovations Lead/Crew member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew in all aspects of home renovations, from demolition to completion. The role requires a valid driver's license and a minimum of three years of experience in the home renovation industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in various home renovation projects including bathroom and kitchen renovations, basement finishing, and general home improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Plan and execute the project timeline, manage the budget and ensure project goals are met.
  • Supervise and train crew members, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure work meets company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the home renovation industry.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and professionals.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols.

To successfully complete 4 to 6 renovation projects per year:
