Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for Restaurant Team Members to join us, so if you love hospitality, are a people person and you enjoy being on the front line in a busy role; this may be just the job for you.

Naval heritage meets contemporary style at the Ship and Trades - a stunning bar, restaurant and hotel at Chatham Maritime. Boasting a beautiful marina setting and a stylish modern design, the Ship and Trades is a unique place to dine, drink and stay in Chatham. There are 15 beautiful boutique bedrooms here too, each stylishly designed with a nod to the location’s nautical heritage, and promising some of the best accommodation in Chatham.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that you acknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.

If you haven’t got any previous hospitality experience please do not worry, so long as that you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything that you will need to know.
