We are Putt Putt Noodle! We are an Asian Inspired mini golf concept created by the team behind Flip Out & Boom Battle Bar. We have huge expansion plans to take over the crazy golf scene - with plenty of venues opening across the nation. Our venues include Asian Inspired Noodle Bars and Fully stocked bars - DID SOMEBODY SAY COCKTAILS?! Life is a party with Putt Putt Noodle. We have party packages for all age groups - children and adults! Our team create unforgettable experiences, one putt at a time - our guests join us for 18 holes or even as much as they can play!
Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic, guest focused team member. You will be part of a team that inspires and help to forge an environment where we “Create Unforgettable Experiences One Guest at a Time”. Ensuring the safety of other team members and guests as well as operational excellence are important elements of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
● You will thrive in a multi-function, fast-paced, high footfall environment where being hands on is an essential part of your role
● Working across all areas of the business to include reception, bar and occasionally kitchen
● Greeting guests at reception and assisting with bookings and equipment
● Prepare and serve a range of drinks, snacksand food to the business specs, maintaining a high standard
● Mixing ingredients to prepare premium cocktails
● Help to maintain high standards of food hygiene in line with company procedures
● Comply with all stock management procedures as set out by the business
● Understand and comply with all food & beverage regulations and procedures
● Check identification and confirm legal drinking age is adhered to
● Guest experience is at the heart of what we do so the desire to be face to face with guests is essential
● The Health & Safety of our teams and guests is our highest priority and as such this will always be at the top of your agenda.
● Comply with all H&S regulations and procedures
● You will be adaptable with a real can-do attitude
● You will help to maintain an exciting and energetic workplace for your colleagues and a safe, fun-filled, exciting venue for our guests
Qualifications/Skills
● Previous experience at within a hospitality/leisure venue is desirable
● A background in food and beverage is desirable
● A good level of spoken English
● Basic IT skills
Working Conditions
● Part time hours negotiable with weekend work essential
● There will be a mixture of daytime and evening work - typically 16-24 hours per week
Pay Rates
- 18-20 years old - £7.49 per hour
- 21-22 years old - £10.18 per hour
- 23+ years old - £10.42 per hour
