Hourly Rate: £10.42 This may differ for under 18s We’re on the search for Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us! The role of a Nandoca is simple… to prepare and make the finest PERi-PERi meals to wow every guest and create unforgettable customer moments and feelings to leave them fired up and hooked for the next taste. Hatching in October 2023, our Cardiff Retail Park restaurant are looking for people to join their team in a variety of roles. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and no previous experience is required - just show us that you’re brimming with passion and willing to learn and we will teach you the rest. What I do:I give a warm welcome to our customers and make them feel at home. I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs. I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need. I manage the takeaway customer experience. I prepare, cook and serve amazing food to Nando’s high standards and make customers feel ‘Fired Up’, ‘Wowed by the Experience’ and ‘Hooked for the Next Taste’. I set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe and fully operational workstation. I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards. I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
