Job description
Based at Lunan House Hotel in this customer faced position you will be the first point of contact for our guests and customers welcoming them to our hotel and our bar and restaurant.
Main Duties
- Maintain FOH appearance
- Ensuring good customer service
- Operating the POS for sales and stock control
- Taking drinks and food orders
- Preparation of drinks
- Cash and card handling
