Job description
Position Overview:
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
Proper phone and email etiquette.
Typing minimum of 40 Word Per Minute.
Must learn HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Must maintain full time hours of 40 per week M-F with some opportunity for overtime.
Maintain productivity and departmental guidelines.
Cross train in other areas as needed.
Medical terminology helps but is not required.
We will train you on the job.
We run a schedule that allows flexibility to obtain 40 hours per week during a 50 hour work window.
