About us
Ice Quest is a complex that has an Ice Rink, Laser Quest and Escape Rooms all under one roof in the heart of Malvern!
We host children's parties, corporate events/parties, sports teams and plenty more. And of course, the general public when we are open for public sessions on the weekends.
We are looking for a Team Member on a weekend contract.
- Weekend work is essential. If you cannot work weekends the role will not be for you.
- Local to Malvern as hours can be varied.
- Wants work regularly!
- Someone with a good attitude and confident customer interaction
- Happy to work in a small team
A typical week would look like:
Monday - 12pm - 5pm
Friday - 3pm - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday - 10am/12pm - 4pm/6pm.
This is a very varied position and would suit someone who is bubbly, likes working in a friendly team and loves customer service. We would love someone to help us to run our busy complex - operating our 4x Escape Rooms, Laser Quest Games & running the Ice Rink during public sessions. The job role also includes ensuring health and safety is adhered to which will include cleaning jobs, admin work and paperwork.
Ideally we need someone who is local to Malvern, in education or interested in long-term work! No unsociable hours are worked but some shifts are flexible between the time of 10am and 8pm.
