Job description
We’re a small independent cafe based on London’s Southbank. We’re in the cheese Toastie business and we’re looking for someone that can make speciality coffee & knock out an amazing toastie!
SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS + SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Duties will include-
*Cooking, mostly Toasties- Preparing and serving coffee/tea, iced espresso drinks and other speciality drinks.
*Keeping the work area, coffee machine and utensils clean throughout shift.
*Taking orders, recommending drinks and generally being sociable with the customers.
*Manage deliveries and keep manager informed of stock that needs ordering.
*Carry out other duties and support the rest of the team as required.
Skills required-
*1+ years Barista experience, preferably in an independent.
*Friendly & outgoing with a genuine commitment to high levels of customer service.
*Ability to work under pressure
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work as part of a small team & get stuck in.
