Location: Nether Grange, Alnmouth, Northumberland, NE66 2RZ
Contract: Full Time – 39+ hours per week OR Part Time Hours 12+ hours per week
Hourly Rate: £10.42
Job brief:
Our Team members ensure our guests have a memorable stay with us throughout their holiday. You will be on hand to serve meals in the dining room and to clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas. You will also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches and help deliver Afternoon Tea for our guests. A large part of the role is also engaging and interacting with the guests through the course of their stay. Promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere with the Country house.
The role:
- To serve meals in the dining room.
- To serve afternoon tea.
- To assist in the preparation of picnic lunches.
- To clean and prepare guest rooms, public and dining rooms.
- To re-stock guest amenities in bedrooms as necessary
- To engage and interact with guests in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the Country House Hotel.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but the right attitude is.
- Be naturally outgoing & sociable.
- A good team player.
- Flexibility in working hours, availability at evenings and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
