A fantastic opportunity to work within an up-market, elegant and trendy dessert parlour. We are currently accepting applications for Back of House and Front of House roles for our store in Leamington Spa.

***Dessert making experience is preferred ***

Job Summary and Mission:

To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.

To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.

Maintaining a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices.

Upholding compliance requirements with regards to Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.

Must be available to work between the hours of 12:00pm and 1:00am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from Leamington Spa.

A minimum of one - two years catering/food handling previous experience is desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.

Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.

Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.

Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

Two years restaurant experience with verifiable references.
