Job description
We are looking for trusty, well-presented FOH/BOH team member to join our team. Making a great first impression is really important. To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. That’s why we need the right person to join us and help greet our guests. What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. Front of house staff may be responsible for receiving guests, escorting them to their tables, and conveying their requests to Back of house. Back of house staff ensuring that all food is prepared according to our standards, and keeping the back of house area clean and organized.

Main focus of role:
To support the business in all aspects of store operations to ensure the delivery of the Heavenly Desserts brand against our values and commercial targets.
You will be expected to demonstrate hard work within a fun environment where passion for excellence, hard work, honesty and determination are the norm.
