Join Heathrow’s Business Services team and you’ll help us deliver our bold ambitions , whilst supporting colleagues to achieve theirs.

Our team is involved in every element of People and Finance activity . That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities. It’s up to us to lead, support and deliver an excellent service across our core processes including M anaging R evenue; P rocurement; P roject and A sset M anagement ; Finance Processes; People Processes.

Our Business Services teams focus on three areas: Systems and Transformation , Service Delivery , and Business Intelligence.

You will be comfortable working in a busy environment and working remotely from our managers who are based in London, ideally comfortable communicating and operating over the phone, Teams and email.

We area also keen to get you involved in continually improving the way we deliver our solutions, and so you will be actively encouraged to give opinions, proactively identify improvements, helping to implement and drive forward to give better outcomes for our customers.

If you have a strong customer service ethos, able to work in a fast-paced environment and, importantly, the positive behaviours to continually drive value and improvement to service delivery - it would be great to talk to you. This role would suit someone either looking for their first role in HR and looking to develop experience within a casework environment, where you have excellent administration and customer service skills, or someone who has experience and looking to consolidate or broaden them further.


  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on non-complex cases connected with disciplinary, grievance, absence
  • Delivering the full end to end centralised administration process to support the Employee Relation Team in London who manage the complex cases.
  • Taking ownership of individual cases
  • Develop strong relationship with stakeholders in the Employee Relations Team and Managers alike.

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to establish great Customer Service skills both written and verbal to establish strong customer relations at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure professional approach
  • Flexible self-motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team to work towards collective outcomes

  • Microsoft Office knowledge

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
