Job description
We are seeking people who are reliable and hard working and someone that will fit in well with our team of friendly staff.
You will work alongside our other team members, under the guidance of a team leader. You do not need experience although it is beneficial. You do need to be hands on with good common sense and the ability to learn new tasks. You need to have a driving license and be comfortable driving a van.
You will be required to use basic maintenance tools such as mowers, strimmers, blowers and hedge cutters as well as performing tasks such as weeding. If working on the landscape team you will need to be physically fit and strong. We have roles available for landscaping and maintenance.
We generally carry out work within around 10 miles from our depot in Addlestone, mainly in private gardens along with communal grounds and businesses. We pride ourselves in providing a smart and professional service and this is our core value enabling us to grow the business.
The job comes with 28 days paid holiday and a pension scheme. We regularly give pay rises and we look after our staff. We are a small business with a friendly atmosphere, we want all of our staff to enjoy coming to work.
Salary dependent on age, qualifications, experience etc.
