We create innovative and functional training tools to help strength your grip.We host regular competitions to help bring our community together and also host competitions at gyms around the UK.We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment and Packaging Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and in pristine condition.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing: Review and process incoming customer orders with precision and attention to detail.Prepare orders for packaging and shipment.Packaging and Quality Assurance :Safely and efficiently package products according to company standards.Perform quality checks to ensure all items are in excellent condition.Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.Notify the appropriate team members when inventory levels are low.Wrapping Equipment: Safely and securely wrap equipment to protect it during shipping.Use appropriate packaging materials and techniques to prevent damage.Delivery Booking Assistance: Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries with our logistics team.Communicate with carriers and couriers to ensure timely delivery.Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates when necessary.Address customer concerns or issues related to order fulfillment.Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to order processing and shipping.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: From £9.00 per hourBenefits:FlexitimeSchedule:FlexitimeSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Ormskirk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 22/10/2023Expected start date: 30/10/2023
