Key Role Accountabilities
- prepare and serve all food using the guidelines provided
- ensure all hygiene documents are recorded daily
- prepare the menu items using daily checklists, and procedures to ensure that the kitchen is stocked and prepared for service
- continually respond to customers in an open, honest and friendly manner
- work efficiently and with a sense of urgency so that food is delivered promptly
- keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times, clean as you work
- communicate openly, clearly and honestly with all team members
- maintain a positive attitude at all times
- ensure that order sheets are used daily to ensure effective stock levels
- ensure minimum wastage occurs
- ensure the kitchen is hazard free
- report any potential hazards or electrical faults
- ensure that the kitchen is left safe and secure at the end of each day

Salary: £8.00-£10.42 per hour
