Reports To: General manager, restaurant supervisor, and Company director.

Pay to be discussed with the owner and based on experience, age and with pay increases to be reviewed.

Free food provided on shift

Key Role Accountabilities

  • prepare and serve all food using the guidelines provided
  • ensure all hygiene documents are recorded daily
  • prepare the menu items using daily checklists, and procedures to ensure that the kitchen is stocked and prepared for service
  • continually respond to customers in an open, honest and friendly manner
  • work efficiently and with a sense of urgency so that food is delivered promptly
  • keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times, clean as you work
  • communicate openly, clearly and honestly with all team members
  • maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • ensure that order sheets are used daily to ensure effective stock levels
  • ensure minimum wastage occurs
  • ensure the kitchen is hazard free
  • report any potential hazards or electrical faults
  • ensure that the kitchen is left safe and secure at the end of each day

Salary: £8.00-£10.42 per hour
