Being an experienced Barista with quick service experience is essential for this role as is leading a small passionate team.
As a team leader you will be a real people person, who is capable of managing and motivating a team; whilst maintaining or ethics and high standards and maximising profitability
Your Role in a nutshell:
- Coffee & Food must be a PASSION
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Baristas and on the odd occasion, us!
- Customer service must be a priority for this role! We want everyone to visit us for our service alongside our great coffee and delicious food offering
- Preparing and making amazing beverages
- Good old fashioned cleaning!
- Food Preparation
- A smile and great conversation
- Processing transactions on our amazing till system
- Ensuring displays are fully stocked at all times .
- Ideally experience in quick service roles, and must be passionate about people, coffee and food.
- Leading a team of full time and part time staff
- Organising and managing shift rotas
- Stock control, ordering and management of suppliers.
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- Operations management and control, Assist in the induction and training of staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5/35 per week
Salary: £8.50-£10.50 per hour
