Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Team Member to join our team, responsible for both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) duties of our flagship store located on the iconic Portobello Road. You will work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, consistent high-quality food, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Back of House (BOH) Duties: Assist in food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Handle food storage, rotation, and inventory management.
Support the kitchen team in various tasks, such as dishwashing and kitchen equipment maintenance.

2. Front of House (FOH) Duties: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
Take orders and accurately input them into the system, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly, presenting them in an appealing manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner.
Assist with table setting, bussing, and overall dining area cleanliness.

3. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

4. Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in all work areas.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of food and beverage presentation.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu items, restaurant policies, and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
