Team Member
Creams Cafe is the UK's leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes and an amazing Gelato Ice Cream.
Team Member responsibilities:
- Making delivery orders quick and efficiently from the hours of 11pm to 4am.
- Making sure orders are made correctly and handed over without waiting times to the delivery drivers. To make sure nothing is missed from customer orders.
- Able to work alone and handle pressure is vital for this role
- Warm, friendly and entertaining while serving customers
- Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
- Able to cope under pressure
- Demonstrate multi-tasking with ease
- Able to work as part of team
- Provide outstanding guest service and be able to anticipate customers' needs and expectations
- Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate food preparation skills
- Provide quality desserts and beverages to all customers according to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Able to work between 10.00 AM - 5.00AM - Shifts will be based on requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
