Job description
We are currently recruiting for a talented customer service assistant / Team Member to work at Club 3000 Bingo in Mansfield. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.
The Role may include:-
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Meeting and greeting Customers
- Serving and cleaning down on our licensed bar
- Providing help and assistance to customers
- Selling Bingo Books/packages
- Giving change
- Checking and verifying claims during bingo sessions
- Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
- Serving/preparing food in our diner
- A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
The Person
- Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
- Good communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
