Job description
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Shared Services Team Member at CCMS & Associates to support our clients first and foremost, in addition to providing support to our team. This position requires expert customer service, multi-tasking with a high level of detail, and accuracy in communication and data entry. This position reports is supported by the team lead and reports directly to the Shared Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will join our company poised for training, growth, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle office tasks digitally, such as collecting and transmitting information
- Gather data with a high degree of detail and accuracy
- Answer phone calls with customer service focused resolution
- Accurate data entry into our claim system
- Communicate with clients, policyholders, internal and external teams
- Work with Shared Services team on special projects
- Provide expert customer service
Basic Qualifications
- General understanding of claims and insurance carrier protocol preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Self-starter with drive to see projects through to completion
- Able to influence outcomes
- Basic professional email and phone etiquette
- Able to quickly assess client needs
- Work with a Team Environment
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
