As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and cook food items following Burger King's established procedures and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.

Ensure the proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.

Handle cash and operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions and providing appropriate change.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant working environment.

Uphold Burger King's brand standards and follow all company policies and procedures.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food service industry or customer service is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
