Job description
You'll lead a team of stock assistants to proactively meet Customer needs through replenishing and managing stock, ensuring the shop is ready to trade with excellent on shelf availability. The role drives the delivery of a truly inspirational and differentiated shopping experience for John Lewis customers working alongside other departments in the shop.
Job Requirements:
You will act as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, playing your part in delivering outstanding service through exceptional communication and engagement with our customers.
You'll have strong leadership and communication skills and enjoy taking ownership for achieving business objectives. As you will be working closely with a wide range of Partners, you'll be confident in providing and questioning information. You'll manage and mentor your Partners to be the best they can be.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Retail Management or front line customer service management.
- Experience in a stock management environment
- Stakeholder Management.
- Project Management.
Hours of work:
Rolling 4 week rota including early mornings and one week of lates. Early morning start would consist of 6am. Late night finish is 19:10. Includes alternate weekends.
