The role which will oversee Nacro's delivery as part of a new Dynamic Framework Personal Well Being contract. The contract is responsible for delivering this new holistic service to meet the personal wellbeing needs of males under supervision of the Probation Service in Northamptonshire.
This role will oversee the delivery in Northampton whilst supporting the Service Manager across the delivery throughout the East of England. The post holder will be expected to attend probation offices or the hubs to support the team with the delivery of the PWB contract and to support the wider management team to ensure that contracts are managed effectively and efficiently. To deliver a commitment to continuous improvement and effective delivery and outcomes.

Candidates would benefit from the following experience:
· Awareness of regulatory requirements in the health and justice field and where applicable, ensure that service delivery meets these requirements (HMPPS standards, CQC standards etc.)
· Understanding of contract KPI’s and the ability to scrutinise service performance and drive improvement where required
· Evidence of People Management skills
· Qualified to a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
· An approachable manner and have the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers and outside agencies.
· Previous experience of working within a Managerial Role
· Desirable experience of working within the Health and Justice Sector
· Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high quality services
· Understand relevant legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) and ensure that this is implemented service wide
· Ability to engage with commissioners and stakeholders at a variety of levels in order to demonstrate service impact and influence future commissioning
· This role requires a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications held.
A DBS check and Prison Vetting will be required for this role.
