About the Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity within our DoLS team for the position of a temporary DOLS Team Manager. You will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the team, and you will manage one of the three area footprints, providing supervision and support to the BIA Team and a BSO Team. You will support our journey towards LPS preparation. As a self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude, you will work alongside the other DOLS Team Manager, the MCA Coordinator, and the LPS Lead to embed a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in practice.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate a willingness to develop staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication / interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of two years post qualifying experience and ideally (but not essentially) hold relevant professional and Best Interests Assessor qualification.
